It's likely a pile of crap, a random thing that Paul and John did for a rave that we wouldn't even be talking about if it wasn't the Fabs. Harrison didn't want it out for Anthology, no idea what Ringo thought. I can't imagine it's even as good as Revolution 9.
It's strange how certain artists like The Beach Boys (Smile) and Prince (The Black Album) can build these huge interests on unreleased music(which was eventually released). I think people are intrigued, but sometimes the things that got discarded were discarded for a reason. And, like the last 3 Beatles "songs" this was never intended as a Beatles product anyway. George Martin forgot about it entirely. That should give you an idea.
My feeling is that it's worth more to the band as a source of hype.
