Three weeks ago, Obama called up Joe Biden and told him to get off the beach.

Guess where Joe has been? He left briefly, and is now...back on the beach.

He has spent 40 percent of his presidency on vacation.

@Patriot96 He had a comment WRITTEN for him by one of his staff early on, and he read it...but I am quite sure he can't remember what his crib notes said at this point...and there is no heart inside that caved in chest so he certainly can't just speak from the heart.
