I just saw this article talking about how the "age of illegal music sharing" is ending. Which is laughably incorrect.

It's easier now than ever to download pretty much any music you want absolutely free using file converter. I can do it seconds. Name any song and I'll have it on my computer in less than half a minute without paying a red cent.

@lightningblue: Spotify is for cocksuckers. "Hurr durr, i wannuh pay moneyz 2 get a small selekshun of muzik on 1 devise, durr." I'll blow Spotify out of the goddamn water any day. I can get a WAY bigger selection of music and have the ability to do whatever I want with the file, copy it, share it, burn it to a CD, edit it into a video or whatever. I can make my own playlists, edit the length of the recordings, and put them on my phone, laptop, tablet, whatever. For free.

@BlueMetalChick: you can have spotify for free

@lightningblue: You can't have access to all of it though.

@BlueMetalChick: idk i dont really use it, but its fun to play around with sometimes and discover new bands

@lightningblue: The selection is so small. Sure, you can get bands and artists and stuff, but there's so much music I like that's weird and obscure and so I download it for free instead of paying money and not getting it.

@BlueMetalChick: spotify free is better than the radio, and to discover new bands 600% better, just note the bands and download it after

@lightningblue: I prefer trawling to find new bands. But Spotify is still better than Pandora.
