Are there any guitarest here?

If so are you a Fender or Gibson fan? If neither what is your favorite brand? I was strictly a Fender and Gibson fan for the longest. Now I find myself buying other brands. Some are really cheap and good others are just cheap. I would like to know what others find and if you have any good recommendations. Like a bang for buck thing.

@LucyRocks: I jad a Yamaha workstation back in the day and I loved it. That was before all the new fangled VST hit and computer recording got where it is today. I really miss that thing. By the way what kind of martin do you have?

My $200 old Affinity Squier Telecaster sounds as good to me as my friends $2000 Fender. It really does.
