I saw them in June with STP. What an amazing concert.

These guys are one of the few bands that have a sound that hooked me the very first time i heard them. Ive seen them live a couple times. The first time was when they opened for Metallica at the Cow Palace, SF. There were two drum kits set up on stage when they came on. I thought one belonged to Lars Ulrich and Metallica was making These guys work around it. But it was Sully's (singer of Godsmack). He had a drum war against his drummer and was awesome at it. ..doing all the same technical tricks and finished off John Bonham style , playing them like bongo drums.

@Jayciedubb theyre not bad. i have a hard time understanding what hes singing. i get that a alot. ive never seen Godsmack live. Im not really a concert going type. (I dont like crowds.) I think I saw Sully once in Salem NH at Kmart lol. I was in front of him in the checkout line lol. He was buying headphones or something. This was a very long time ago lol. I could be wrong.

@Penny yea. Me too. That's with most songs, i dona lot of that "booba dabbo badda dodda doe" scatting most of the lyrics of most of the songs I try to sing along to ..or if i know the lyrics, they usually remind me of a person or a time or a place that's long gone and i well up when i try to sing along when i realize about the long gone part.
