I'll work on The Best Playlist: Take 2 soon, the overriding theme should be good vibes, so there'll have to be a certain Beach Boys song tucked tidily in it. Music is a wonderful thing, it can actually change some chemical stuff in your brain, so can reading poetry btw.

Look up 432 hertz tuning…it’s debated whether it helps or not.
Look up sacred frequencies…again, believe in it or not.
I nearly died from Covid and have had issues with my feet. My toes were 68 degrees when looked at with a Flir thermal camera while at home in bed under a blanket and comforter. Recently started listening to this type of music, haven’t changed anything else, and my feet get hot now, so maybe it works.
