Ozzy and Randy and Rudy and Bob and Lee. Fucking Legendary Band

I really found it hard to watch a great frontman like Ozzy to struggle with his songs the way he did. But I think he did have a great time listening to other bands honor him But that's another convo for later. I want to talk about his first guitar player that was took way to soon Randy Rhoads and one song particularly Diary of a Madman. The entro is pure classical guitar the kind he wanted to play not rock. After the tour he planed on quitting and going back to teaching classical guitar. The entro is just that because he absolutely kills this song. Bob Daisly the bass player at the time write the lyrics when he was 16 years old. 🤯 Randy Left to write the music and came back with a pure masterpiece of music. Get your ears prepared.

It's just not his playing which is nothing short of brilliant, but how he wrote and arranged music. The song above is just brilliantly done. The time signatures are not your average because he's playing as the madman is losing it. Just done so. He's still a legend because of those first 2 Ozzy records. He never topped those
