@Coralmist yeah you gotta let that fear go and give a bit more power. I do, but I have nowhere near the technique that you have.
Frankly, if you gave more power, you could be a professional singer.

@Ferise1 I mean Taylor Swift is professional singer and probably the biggest in the world and I wouldn't say she necessarily has power in her music per se. I think it definitely elevates music but I don't think it's an absolute. But I will work more on developing it too🌼

@Ferise1 most of her songs are catchy short phrases...and I've thought I couldn't be a singer unless I was Whitney Houston. But I now see that's not true. My fears do hold me back though from experimenting with certain ranges. I'm going to work on it

@Coralmist do you take lessons?

@Ferise1 I've never taken lessons, just began singing at 10 then joined chorus in middle and high school.

@Coralmist lessons would really help you it’s like you’re in the dark and they have a light! With a few lessons you would be unstoppable
