What's your opinion on Jeff Beck?

I respect him and consider him one of the best guitarists but me personally, I can't get into his music. I've tried but just can't.

I was lucky enough to see him perform several times. A generational talent! His music becomes more accessible as your taste matures, I think. I wasn't as impressed in younger years either. Give it some time and try again in a few years, see if your opinion changes.
