I think miley cyrus is underrated as a singer.. her lvl is exceptional, it's just her ridiculous personally and trashy behavior that makes people disregard her .. but her singing is actually good.. if she would just be serious.. she was never taught the art of being demure and lady like i guess 😳😏

@Gibbon Is stern even still a thing these days? But yeah he was pretty much shoved in everyone's faces in the 90's.
I haven't heard of the other show.
