Did you know that the Beastie Boys weren't always boys?

What i mean is back in their punk rock days, before Cookie Puss, they had a female drummer named Kate Schellenbach. She went on to play drums in an all girl band called Luscious Jackson, who were the first band to be produced by Beastie Boys label, Grand Royal.

This was their big hit. Its a toe tapper

@uncalled4 yea, i had to google her to get the spelling of her last name correct. It turns out she's also a TV producer.
