@carpediem I still have the album from back in the day, but my speakers are a lot bigger and are driven by a 250 watt amp 😉

@carpediem When Iron Butterfly was trying to record that song in the studio, Doug Ingle, lead vocal of Iron Butterfly, was so wasted he slurred the words to it. The group stopped and started recording the song several times with the same result. Then they decided the song had a certain mystique to it with the words slurred beyond comprehension. They released the album and that song became their signature song that made Iron Butterfly famous. The first words to it are: "In the Garden of Eden Baby".
