I have noticed this. Actually, way back to 1986 when I saw Genesis at the Oakland Colosseum. Parents and teens together! Great sight and good crowd as I recall. Barely lol.
Probably 10 years prior was the "generation gap", where parents thought Lawrence Welk was the bomb and the Rolling Stones were the kiss of death for young people.
