So true my dear friend. Music has the power to heal, transform and inspire and we have the power through deep listening to increase our intuition and self awareness. Why listening to music has a positive effect on our health is relatively easy to explain scientifically: Music helps us recover more quickly from stress by reducing the stress hormone cortisol. This puts us in a calmer state, which has a positive effect on our body and soul. And music can heal wounds that conventional medicine can't even touch. So listen to music and relax, dream yourself to another place with it and through it whenever you can.

So do I. It brings me to my world. The music I am into and love is me. It's the best escape I know of with or without outside influences.
