There are plenty of things you can do to help
Melatonin
Wedge under feet part of mattress
Cooler room
Dark room or sleeping mask
White noise (or nature sounds)
Certain live plants
Sleep naked
New mattress
New sheets
Meditate before going into bed and then NO ELECTRONICS
