damn hearing old music makes me sad.

There's no soul in music nowadays. Time to get my rocking chair and start practicing complaining about the younger generation.

Yeah I used to be really picky about music but now I just like anything where they actually play instruments with their hands. And sing.
SinlessOnslaught · 26-30, M
@empanadas Yep I agree but the next generation is just gonna recognize that as music. 😆 They'll look at people playing instruments and say, "Why use your hands when a computer can do it better?"

@SinlessOnslaught man I scared of the people being born today. I wonder what shitty sound they will call music

@empanadas Yeah same. I think our great ancestors had a point when rock music first came out. I mean, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love rock music and guitars. But maybe it opened the gate to an exponentially declining hill and it's nearly hitting 90 degrees. 😆

I picked up my 13 year old granddaughter from school this week and was playing a CD of the music from the movie "The Big Chill." She was singing along and loved it. Old music isn't dead, just sleeping.
Today’s music is just rhythm and beat. Melody? Harmony? They have no clue what those are anymore. And that auto tune shite? Wow. Loser music

@nightjourney yeah, gender roles are all messed up nowadays. Sound you will see men trying to sue science because they can't breastfeed

All new music is horrible

@empanadas yes! I guess that why I like foreign music as well. I don't know wtf it's saying but it has more emotion for me than modern music.
empanadas · 31-35, M
@SkeetSkeet yeah, that's one of the perks of growing up Latin. We had so many genres of music that were full of passion and emotions. Now it's going the route of American music. Same with Habibi music. I used to listen to my grandma's Arabic songs not know wtf they were saying but you sense what their emotions. Now, alot of modern artists aren't as passionate. There's a huge disconnect nowdays.
