I just helped my friend sell an ultra-rare Dylan record for enough money to buy a small house
It's this one:

The album was withdrawn by Columbia Records in 1963 with an eye on replacing a few tracks...problem was that copies had already been made and were in circulation. This one was even rare-upon-rare, as it was a stereo copy; in the early 60s, stereo was for audio freaks only and cost a dollar more. There were something like 4 copies or less known to exist.
I suggested he get in touch with a certain auction house who would absolutely kill it.
They did.
So, I'm very happy for my friend.
From the article: “In all my years of going to record conventions and owning record stores, this is like finding a needle within a needle in a haystack.”
