People hate on Kanye a lot & he's a wild card for sure

But on this song I just hear a father venting about how it feels to lose his kids through a divorce.

I can't stop listening to it I wish it was longer

Just the simple "Daddy's not gone, you see the light on. Daddy's at home." Is some heartfelt shit fr 🥺
I wanna be a dad but I can't imagine not having my kids.

I’m not challenging your being moved, but Kanye is a pathological narcissist with a God complex.

@Fukfacewillie facts 🤷 but I tend to understand people to an extent even if I don't want to. I used to HATE Kanye but these days I kinda like him. Despite the fact that he might really need help

@ChiefJustWalks Fair points. I hope he can leave his ex wife alone, for the sake of his kids.

@Fukfacewillie he has left her alone lately. But honestly I sorta wonder what that really was about. He was made to be a villain & he played the role well but I think he genuinely missed his family & didn't know how else to deal with it. He mentioned at one point "this is my first divorce I don't know how to handle this" & he's extremely bipolar so I imagine that doesn't help.
But also he's known for doing outlandish things & keeping his name in the media when he has a project out. He released an album & quite a few business ventures while dealing with the Kardashian drama so I could see it being for publicity as well. I don't act like I know but I wonder 🤔

@ChiefJustWalks He definitely was hurting, understandably so. Hopefully, his acting out is behind him.
