Do you hate when someone calls a song you like shitty or garbage?
Well now I think about the situation every time I listen to the song.

In general you would have to look really hard to find forms of good music post 1990. What people consider music today is nothing more than a vile form of Hollywood propaganda.
All designed to dumb down the population and decay society.
Good music usually has great musicians, lyrics, a melody, a beat, at least one hook line, and it should touch a person deep inside and move them. It should display harmony and rhythm.
What do you have today in a good majority of so-called music? Vile chanting, massive sex. and disgusting foul mouthed language.
Having said all that, there are exceptions, I hope you find them, I wish you luck in doing so.
But more importantly check out the tunes from 1940 -1980, there are millions of songs there to keep you busy for many lifetimes.
