What lyrics have you misheard and sung wrong for a long time?

As a child, I heard the Carmen Miranda song Mama Yo Quero in an episode of Tom & Jerry, and I misheard the lyrics as "Mama yo quero, mama yo quero mama, and Dr. Pepper, Dr. Pepper is the American way."

For the longest time, I thought in the song Killer Queen by Queen that Gunpowder Gelatine was "cut by the guillotine" which I thought was a double entendre for Mary Antoinette was well as sexual reassignment surgery.

@StrawberryMilkshake it had made sense to me. Cut it off with a blade, dynamite is usually used to blow holes in things. It fit.
