@thewindupbirdchronicles It's from the song "Dried Human Head from Ecuador" by the Russian horror surf band Messer Chups (in English: "Lollipop Knife"). I don't know what it's sampled from though, but considering Messer Chups work, it's likely from an obscure horror film.
