@Picklebobble2 I tend to turn to music from my youth too, but sometimes I wonder whether it helps or just reminds me of what I've lost.

@pjeffries85 True that can also happen.
The sh*tty thing about adulthood is it keeps knocking the fight out of you.
I sometimes think you should take it for a while then grit your teeth and fight back !
