I stood in line to get their autographs when I was 15 when they came to Toronto. Lol

@marsbar I saw them open for Metallica in ‘89. This is another one I almost posted, but I went with Love Removal Machine off of Electric. This was the first band I remember being a crossover in terms of popularity with both metal and alternative crowds.

@marsbar i almost went to see them this summer with bush and stp but the cult was headlining the Toronto show and i only know that song by them so i passed if bush or stp was the headliner i would have gone

@SW-User Yes. I agree. I’m not a Metal fan at all, but this didn’t sound metal to me. I really only liked this song though the most. Lol

@GeorgeTBH Yeah, unless I like a lot of songs, it’s not worth it to go to a concert.

@marsbar it was only $20 but i also had a concert the next night after but i would have gone if the cult was not the headliner
marsbar · F
@GeorgeTBH That’s cheap! Man, you go to a lot of concerts! 😄

I remember when just about every show was $20, and the t-shirts were always $20. I’d budget $40 per show, and pretty much all my money that didn’t go directly into my gas tank went for records, tickets, and t-shirts as a teenager. @GeorgeTBH
