@496sbc i really never could understand Elvis. I just never “got” his music. Yeah, some of it is catchy but nothing spectacular. In a deleted scene from pulp fiction Vincent (i think) is asked if he was an Elvis man or a Beatles man because “you have to be one or the other” by Marcellus Wallace’s wife who was played by fuck if i can remember right now. I guess I am a Beatles man because i recognise their greatness in their music and their legacy in the music after them and just never really felt it for Elvis. I wonder who sold more albums worldwide in history Elvis or the Beatles. They boh had tragically short careers that ended prematurely, one by death and the other by Yoko Ono ;)
