Where can I donate an organ? Preferably free pick - up

My mother is in the process of moving and she has an organ that is still in decent shape, but she has to downsize. I have been searching all week for a place to donate it too, but supposedly there isn't much demand for it. I am sure there is someone or someplace that can be blessed by this free gift.

@Gumba1000 most have a room where guests can congregate, watch tv or play cards or games. one guest would certainly have musical talent

Do you know anyone who is starting a band? They could use it. They might even play "Time Is Tight" on it to show their appreciation for your generosity.

Do you have craigslist where you live? I see lots of organs on there for free, also piano's and TV's and everything else under the sun.

@UreBesFrend yeah, but I was really trying to stay away from Craigslist. I just don't trust it. It jas such a bad rep. I have heard too many stories, including from people I personally knew.

@sweetiepoo You can make it safe though, just post that it's free and currently sitting outside the house under a plastic tarp. It will be gone in a few hours. You don't need to meet anyone or interact with them.

@Gumba1000 no, nothing like that. It has been barely used. It's about 20 years old but has mainly just been sitting there taking up space.
