What was the last concert you attended?

I went to a "home made" metal fest up in a village in the mountain. The venue was a temple. No kidding! It was free and they had a jar for collecting money for the temple maintenance. It was nice. Other than that I saw The Rolling Stones earlier this year and Kraftwerk in January. Oh my, it was a really poor concert year!

I have seen a couple of band in church basements. One was a long time ago, Uncle Bonsai. The other I remember was a Brit group more recently called The Subways. They are a lot of fun!

@veghard It was very cool! Right after Rock & Roll Queen hit the charts. They hung out after the show and chatted, I had my oldest and his GF and the they hit it off and signed stuff for them. The openers were The Shy's, an LA band and a few locals drinking Yuengling's that played good music and had a great band name. Deer in the Headlights!! The Subways featured the boys dad running out every time the kid on drums kicked over part of his kit, which was often, and mom in the back on the merch table!!

@GerOttman I love such shows! I saw them in a club with a small stage. So for the encore they didn't have where to exit. And the lead singer said. OK, we are turning our backs around, you pretend we're away, shout, and we start playing. Deal?
