I don't have a real answer, but what comes to mind is a couple considerations. A real piano is very big and heavy and expensive and would be like moving furniture into the house. A real piano cannot be turned off so if you wanna play at night, you'd want a keyboard. Many keyboards do not have weighted keys, and playing a real piano requires more physical effort in your fingers on the keys than most keyboards. So if you're getting a keyboard in order to learn to play a real piano, you would want to get a keyboard with weighted keys so that there's less of a difference between that and playing a real piano.
