Another guitar

This is my heaviest guitar, almost double the weight of any guitar I've had. Second most expensive and sounds the best with active pickups.

there's no reason for why it should have that much mass, which is why I dislike eletric guitars. There's no reason for it's shape besides that it's called "guitar" which used to be all acoustic

@MartinTheFirst bruh...no offense, you know nothing about electric guitars. Better wood and active pickups means more weight. If you care about the tone, you don't give a shite about the weight. Pete Steele and Zakk Wylde both used bike chains as straps. Don't be a wuss.

@basilfawlty89 Better wood for what? It literally does not affect the microphone you use to record. The best electric guitar is in theory nearly weightless, with all of the budget going into the microphone.

@MartinTheFirst er...no. If you think Agathis has the same tonal qualities as Mahogany, you've never picked up an electric guitar through a proper amp. It affects brightness, warmth, sustain, etc.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@basilfawlty89 no it doesnt
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@MartinTheFirst yes, it does. Next you're gonna say that tube vs solid state in an amp doesn't make a difference. Clearly you don't play metal and you don't shred.

@basilfawlty89 i know how a guitar works, i dont need to play metal for that..

@MartinTheFirst no, you don't.
