Mahogany body stained crimson red then oil and wax finish like the neck which is mahogany with maple fretboard.
Strat pickups from tonerider. Fitted with a Shape Shifter switch which moves resonent frequency of the pick ups they claim. Gives useful additional tones.
Most difficult part was making the custom half Strat half Tele scratchplate.

Is it worth it making your own guitars? I dont know. My ex taught classical guitar and had a remirus (sorry spelling wrong, but a Spanish handmade guitar). I dont know much about making guitars, but there is so many including sitars etc
