Do you still feel the same about Titanic now?
When I was a kid (pre-teen), my favorite movie was The Greatest Show On Earth. I watched it a couple of years ago and, to my surprise, thought it was awful. I couldn't even stick with it past about a third of the way into it.
When Titanic came out, I only watched it because all the young girls in my classes (I was a teacher) were crazy about it and I thought I needed to understand what they were being exposed to. I hated it, but then I was in my 50s by then so didn't have the same view of it that my romantic girl students did.
