@1490wayb Yes.. It does..Biden "created" nothing. But lets be clear. I am not assigning blame to either side. I am saying that cheap, under the radar labor has been a feature of the America employment system for centuries..Labor moves from a country where conditions are worse, to not so bad. Be it Chinese on the railroads or Irish escaping a famine..😷
