@Tastyfrzz Golding made contact with the car he was trying to pass and shunted him aside. This allowed the innocent third place car to be first, even though golding passed him later, it was only a second or so. The kangaroo was as a different time..Here is the clip

Stock car racing is one type of race, with specifically designed vehicle types.
This, is a different type of race, with a different vehicle spec.
I still think that the penalty was unnecessary; shit like that happens all the time, and what with the road conditions? Nah, not on purpose.

@Amyrakunejo The race used to be for production cars, back in the day. With different types pf vehicles and differing classes based on engine size. That was a real wild west show...😷

@OriginalNedKelly Well they make turns in both directions, without banking the turns and going up and down hill. And running a sprint race for 1000km in all weathers takes its toll on the cars (and drivers.) None of those eventual winners started in the top ten on the grid..
