I can't believe what im seeing !!!!

I agree with you it's horrible, what makes it even worse is to see how many of those people were " stuck" a term given to heavy fentanyl users who stop in the middle of whatever they are doing. It's easy to spot them they are slouched over head down and not moving. They can be sitting, standing even walking along and get stuck, and stay that way for 5-10 min.
