I started with Madison and then 1883 and now I am watching Landman.
I really like Billy Bob Thornton (Landman) but the women on the show are so unlikable. I'm struggling a bit.
I am glad you liked 1923. I should of went directly to that show but I needed a break after 1883.

@cheesenpickles oh gosh.. I knew I left out those two.. Landman is great
And I enjoyed the Madison
I don’t care for the female characters on landman either.. except the lawyer
1883 is good.. I really enjoyed Sam Elliott and Tim McGraw…
1923 has some rough moments.
The bad guy is nasty
Then Sheridan gives glimpses of Native Americans and what they suffered… awakening to say the least and I’m sure he only scratched the surface
He knows his history extremely well
Mayor is good and I love Jeremy Renner in it. But the F word being used about 5 times per sentence for every character is getting a bit much

Yes, yes, yes ... I totally agree about Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw - great acting. I also liked the character Cookie which is the same actor who plays Dale in Landman! I was so happy to see him LOL
I didn't know much about the Midwest (horrible education). I live on the East Coast and we tend to believe American history starts and ends with us 🙄
The F word is overly used. I cringe when the ex-wife of Tommy (Landman) says it out front of her kids. She is so unlikable. Love the lawyer!

@cheesenpickles Tulsa king let me down
First two seasons were decent and I love Stallone
3rd season got cheesy and I stopped watching it
Then you won’t care for Mayor cause it’s F bomb constantly

LOL ... I have to be in the mood. Do you know what I mean? There's a time and a place 😉

@cheesenpickles yes I do and I’m the same but when it monopolizes each character’s dialogue, I check out…

@Kiesel I agree with you about season 3. I stayed with it but it was not great. Season one was so good.
Kiesel · 56-60, M
@4thdimensiondream completely agree
