I like the ones with gentler humor. Golden girls was good. Some British ones were among the best: 'Darling Buds of May' and 'As Time Goes By' come to mind.

From the 19:00 mark to the 20:20 mark - - within those 80 seconds one of the great friendships in 1950s TV history was explained perfectly.
