I had a second cousin appear on the Rikki Lake show in the early 90's, he was in the US Air Force stationed in Germany, his wife then told him he was leaving him to be with a woman. He calmly stood up and without a word left the studio, got in a taxi, went to the airport and caught a flight back to Germany. The next day his home base kicked her out of base housing and off the base itself, she ended up homeless after the woman she claimed she was leaving him for told her she didn't swing that way and refused to let her move in.

@beermeplease No, it completely pissed him off that he felt like his wife was trying to humiliate him on national tv, his base Commander actually threatened punishment to any Airman on the base that brought it up around him.
