I really like a lot of their shows but my favourite is The Venture Bros.

@SugarNotSpice Where I live Adult Swim is on the Cartoon Network channel, airing shows after 8pm. Rick & Morty is one of them.

@bijouxbroussard Yeah, my bad. But Regular Show was/is not shown as part of Adult Swim though... I'm fairly certain.
