That's basically it. They get a bunch of emotionally unstable family members together, bring up harsh truths, and watch the anger flow.

@Genelia The crew is probably fine; just hamming it up for the cameras. Having unstable crew members in charge of security and safety on that show sounds like a liability nightmare.

@FaeLuna I used to work with the people who ran that show and I'd characterize at least one guy as being unstable at one point. Thankfully, he got his act together.
