No.
Some people get annoyed very easily because they are chronically stressed, anxious or depressed.
I'm usually fairly diplomatic and do my best not to trigger annoyance.
But unless one knows a person very well, one doesn't always know what might be a trigger - so one can push a button without intending to.
If that happens and they cut off, I might make one enquitry to attempt to resolve the issue, but if that doesn't work I let it go very easily.
Everyone has a right to say no - even if it's through silence.

Depends. I sometimes take a pause so I don’t say something ugly in the heat of the moment, and some people are like me. If they eventually reappear and everything’s okay, all is good.
