Do you work outside the house? Does your partner pack your lunch?

I love food too much to let anyone have control over my lunch.

Yes.
No. I often skip lunch, because I just don't have an appetite at work, but I try to pack and eat a little something that can stay in the fridge for an extra day or two. Like raw veggies, fruits, rice, or nuts.

I do sometimes pack his lunch, and then I usually tell him and leave a reusable sticky note on the fridge door as well. It's his choice to take it or not. If he's not feeling it and packs himself something else, I don't mind. One of us will eat it that evening or the next day probably. We both have bento style lunch boxes, so it's easy to pack the evening's leftovers in containers for his bento box for the next day, some chopped veggies or a salad and some fruit. And make it look appetizing. Idk I like doing it. Maybe because I used to sometimes make my dad's lunch for work as a kid? And I generally enjoy making food for others? Idk.

Mostly I think it works for us because we talk about our grocery list and what we want to eat or not eat together. Also I like to put a surprise treat in there once in awhile. A few weeks ago he got lychee fruit and a couple pieces of chocolate. :).

I also sometimes lightly prank his lunches. Lol :)

Give us a hint! What do you do?

@JovialMoose none of them are mean pranks or anything like that, just silly stuff.

So he sometimes packs a second water bottle that has a powder packet dumped in it for flavored water/tea for at lunch. He always dumps the powder in before leaving because he says it sometimes leaves a mess at work. One time I dumped jello powder in it. And by the time lunch came around it was gelatin. I packed an extra real packet for him for his other water bottle. Lol.

Around easter time, I got some foil chocolate wrappers from a coworker and wrapped some grapes

Another time, I bought a pack of candy eyeballs and put eyeballs on everything. That was pretty fun.

I don't do it real often, maybe once or twice a month... but he knows it's coming if I leave a note with a stupid pun. Lol
