Not to me. I got a nasty email once my first week in at an office where this woman insisted I was disrupting her entire team by sitting where I had and that people who worked there longer had a right to whereas I didn’t.
Thirty years of corporate life... Chairs matter. I don't care as much now as I did 15 years ago, but I still take my chair with me when i can. Certainly fought for my chair when we weren't supposed to move them...
