Really can't blame them for wanting their building back

As they have a really nice offer on it, but everyone's primary concern should be that I (their current tenant)is taken care of. It'll take me 30 days to vacate the current office and I'll accept the house we already looked at that must be rezoned or the public works building that is pretty much move in ready
