I'd assume california and the north east. There's a big one around here on a huge flag pole. It's more seen as a, "Hey, wind's blowing pretty good today" or, "There's the flag, only got 15 more minutes."

@Magnolia21 I think many people just display it out of context because they think it looks pretty

@Andromedanian Well, it's far from the worst flag design out there.

@Magnolia21 yay, like honestly I like it but am just saying if people from the US that are against the use of that flag came down here, y'know, I wonder what their reaction would be. I've noticed lots of people in Mexico display the Southern us states flag and I think most of those who do don't know or care what the flag was associated with or anything, they just like it

@Andromedanian Depends. Many people that come to my state are trying to get away from the nonsense, but you always have that one that behaves, acts, votes, and shops the same way, and can't remember why they came down in the first place.

@Magnolia21 interesting, I just never thought I'd see a confederate flag down here, haha

@Andromedanian It’s like saying the swastika is pretty, because to some of us it’s comparable in what it symbolizes. But unlike Germany, the U.S. isn’t ashamed of what it did to an entire group of its people.
