Kundalini, in Hinduism is a form of divine feminine energy believed to be located at the base of the spine, in the muladhara. It is an important concept in Śhaiva Tantra, where it is believed to be a force or power associated with the divine feminine or the formless aspect of the Goddess.
@Grateful4you yes sir my way is same I follow Hinduism. Hindu word came from geographically location, in India Hinduism mainly called "SANATAN DHARMA " Sanatan its meaning it's from beginning. And it's not for any particular religion or group people, it's for everybody who believes it.
@darshak89 I know very little about it. Only that it is a very gentle, kind way of life that has no goal to impose a religious belief or system of thought onto another and I respect that very much. Probably closer to any REAL sense of "sprirtuality" if that makes any sense.
@Grateful4you My belief is, god is Formless, god is supreme consciousness, god is supreme enargy, god is one. And I thought my life's aim is liberation, for me all physical things are just illusion so just trying to avoid physical happiness and searching real happiness inside me.. that's all for me.
