I Love Superman

People don't get that Superman is a tragic character with an incredibly interesting backstory. Yes, he's DC's golden child... but boring? As if. Sure, he's invisible to a bunch of stuff but it's not just Kryptonite. He's not even always a good person. He's an interesting and fleshed out character. x

@CoolMan81 - only about twenty times. I'm not THAT young, you know. xD

I haven't even watched Smallville, but I'll go back to my collection of 'The Death of Superman', the issues of the New 52 Superman and Supergirl run, and my DVDs of the original Reeves movies, shall I? xD

@StrangeWorld - in terms of popularity and who's the biggest name, then yeah it's Batman, however that doesn't equal who's DC's favourite is - and that's clearly Superman. As it's freaking Superman. Yeah I prefer Batman but there's no denying that the Superman comics are DC's lovechild xD

I've never doubted Superman as an awesome character but I do doubt him as DC's golden child (in the present day anyway)...clearly a title for Batman since probably the 1970's?

Yea...it wasn't terrible. But Batman TAS was my childhood too (well early teens maybe?).....look at syndication bridging age gaps, haha.

I love The live Action Superman Show from the 90s Lois & Clark & The New Adventures of Superman

Okay I'll give you that one, Batman TAS was my childhood. But I loved the Superman spinoff xD

Only because I'm a classic nerd? I'll grab my collection of Superman: The Animated Series if you'd like xD
ThatGirlSara · 22-25, F
Because "Batman v Superman" rolls off of he tongue easier than "superman v Batman" xD

I'll debate you to the death over this but man that last reply was 100% pure hotness, LOL.

Now you're just making excuses. Go back to Smallville and cry your tears.
SW-User
Yea yea, Superman can't even get his name listed first in the sequel to his own movie.
ThatGirlSara · 22-25, F
Yeah but that doesn't mean anything, DC has had plenty of names in the past xD
SW-User
That's right......named after their original series that introduced......BATMAN ;) lol
JohnOinger · 41-45, M
