UNO playing cards, not just playing cards.

These are specifically for that game--it's not a standard deck of "playing cards" which can be used for all manner of games (bridge, poker, etc.).

I hope it is valuable.

@SomeMichGuy Then its kinda unique.
@Mathias Well, if you said you had "playing cards", people would think you had a standard deck of 52 cards (four suits--two black, two red--from Ace to King) plus a few (usually two) Joker cards.

The UNO decks have cards in four colors, cards with the value 0 (but only half as many as you'd think!), no face cards (Jack, Queen, King), but cards w/actions and two types of "Wild" cards. All in all, over 100 cards, but not simply a double deck. The Wikipedia article tells of how the deck originally was (the one with which I used to play) and how more recent decks differ (more cards is one difference).

And, for hardcore "I want anything with Star Wars" collectors, this likely is worth it.

@SomeMichGuy Thats good news

@SomeMichGuy What game are they made for?
@Mathias Well, the problems
with playing the collectibles market are

1) they are VERY fickle

2) they are HIGHLY dependent upon enough "disposable income"

3) your item can be TOO "niche" to ever realize the value it "might"/"ought to" command (unless you sell it at a big, well-advertised auction through an auction house known for auctions in this subject area).

If you watch the US version of the Antiques Road Show where they show older appraisals and the appraiser's guess at the time, then update it with a newer estimate, you'll see point 1 quite well-illustrated.

We are in a time of vast economic uncertainty; this will likely depress the value of many collectibles which are generally sold to the non-rich. Your Van Gough will likely still retain its value.

@Mathias

What game are they made for?

As I said, and as the packaging shows, they are for the game "UNO":

See https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uno_(card_game) for more info.

@SomeMichGuy Ok then I will look for that game.
