An often over looked aspect of the Star Wars Prequels

I think are the amount of effort went into building sets, miniatures and practical effects

Those movies are unjustly hated, change my mind; by people who drooled at the new trilogy no less, if that ain't telling

@Elessar I guess JJ Abrams and Rian Johnson were the same kind of fans that wanted to distance their movies from the Prequels.

It's a shame they couldn't come up with a consistent story together. I can't even acknowledge them as actual canon

@caPnAhab When I think back to watching Star Wars in the theater, that was "Magical," to me and I was 100% bought-in to the characters, the story, the Empire, the push/pull between good and evil. Just amazing, and the space scenes and spacecrafts watching the fighting with lasers etc.. Just an incredible feat in Movie Making and Cinematography.

@Iwillwait George Lucas really has a way with story telling and world building. I've grown to really appreciate the politics in the movies because Lucas explains why these amazing battles are happening in addition to us just watching them.

@caPnAhab Agreed!
Those things in #3 look like they were inspired by failed ideas for a roof on the Olympic Stadium in Montreal

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP failed ideas or concept designs, who knows?
