Disappointed in the new Kenobi show

@JestAJester i go as far as saying that rogue one was the 2nd best star wars movie ever made... those last 10 minutes were goosebumps pure. no forced happy end but heroic deaths...Jyn Erso is a very strong character that has its flaws and that makes her very relatable.. pretty much the anti thesis to Rey Skywalker

@Marceline Its when they try to make a so called "Strong female character" where they miserably fail. I feel the same about the black female inquistor. Shes not horrible but shes not great either. I mean look at Leia, Padme, Ahsoka, Hera Syndulla. All great characters! Not forced to be strong female role models. They gave those characters personality. But they were also not invincible, they did need help from time to time. It was practical, it was believable. And yes I agree, Jyn is a good character. Rey, she reminds me of Bella from Twilight. She just exists, nothing more nothing less. Hell Finn was better with the light saber than she was

@JestAJester a character is only ever as strong as the struggles they face... and if you have a "perfect" character that is already strong and flawless and can do everything without failure... thats as boring a character as it gets.

just like the movie hermonie from harry potter... she sucks... while book hermonie is awesome

@Marceline Can't say I can attest. Didn't read the book but yes. Also why I don't like Superman and some of the other super heroes people go nuts over. Remember when movies and tv shows were about telling a story? And not filling some sort of agenda or propaganda?

@JestAJester its fine if someone wants to tell a story about an agenda... but do so in a new story... dont force it into an existing universe
