So I’m rewatching the entire series and I really believe this show was ahead of its time. The episodes aren’t necessarily scary, but the plot twists and endings are really good 😱
Do you remember the one where there is this guy that all he wants to do is read? and his mr's nags him and gives him grief about it. he then get stuck in a bank vault at work, and the world ends and he can finally read.
"The word that Mrs. Bronson is unable to put into the hot, still, sodden air is 'doomed,' because the people you've just seen have been handed a death sentence. One month ago, the Earth suddenly changed its elliptical orbit and in doing so began to follow a path which gradually, moment by moment, day by day, took it closer to the sun. And all of man's little devices to stir up the air are now no longer luxuries—they happen to be pitiful and panicky keys to survival. The time is five minutes to twelve, midnight. There is no more darkness. The place is New York City and this is the eve of the end, because even at midnight it's high noon, the hottest day in history, and you're about to spend it in the Twilight Zone."
“Long Live Walter Jameson” Was always found of that one. Immortally isn’t what it’s cracked up to be “The Obsolete” Man is also great “Deaths head Revisited” is one of the best.

There's 2 of them - Billy Mumy as the kid who terrorizes what's left of the townsfolk in "It's a Good Life" and the second one is Telly Savalas getting bumped off by a talking doll in "Living Doll".
A few. "The Lonely" is an old one about this guy sentenced to solitary on some asteroid. In one of the supply shipments, they bring him a robot that looks and acts like a human female. He falls in love with her eventually but anyways the ending is pretty sad.
"I of Newton" - Not a complex episode but a short one. Basically some demon (played by Ron Glass) thinks he can "out smartazz" Sherman Hemsley. Not a chance in hell.
I think it was Twilight Zone. There was an episode where a dude's wife got into a car accident and then she was in a coma, so he plugged her into a computer to simulate her, but keeps getting attacked by a distorted version of her. Thinking it's the computer's AI he destroys the distorted version of her, but it turns out that was actually his wife and the woman who looked like his wife before the accident was the AI.
