who knew that the best recipe for chicken wings only needs salt and baking powder! they go so crispy! pat wings dry with paper towels...

4lbs/2 kilo of wings,5 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt . add salt and baking powder (not bi-carb) to a zip-lock bag with wings shake it to coat evenly..spread wings on a greased wire wrack with tray underneath to catch drippings...cook at 250f/120c for 30 minutes on low shelf then turn it up to 425F/ 220C for 40-50 minutes rotating tray half way through .
